About this activity
Circuits are a fast pace class usually with a 60 second workout followed by a 30 second break, lasting for 45-60 minutes. Using various gym equipment working the entire body.
What we'll do
Circuit classes focus on improving cardivascular endurance and toning your body. Circuit training keeps your heart rate high, making these workouts intense but effective. It burns calories, improves your overall physical fitness and leaves you with a general sense of wellbeing.
