What we'll do
Join us at Fit Club for a challenging morning work-out. This intense class will leave you with jelly arms, but after releasing all those endorphins, you'll leave with a positive good thoughts and a positive mindset to get you through the rest of the day. We'll guide you on the path to getting that exhilarating feeling that giving your body a good balanced work out can give you. We'll help you to improve your overall athletic skills, by working out all your leg, arm and stomach muscles. Basically, this is gonna be a high intensity class, are you up for it?
