About this activity
This class is a mixture of traditional High Intensity Interval Training and a more advanced form of this, Tabata. If you enjoy HIIT but want to expand your fitness skills and challenge yourself, this is perfect for you.
What we'll do
Tabata is an advanced form of High Intensity Interval Training. This works on both your cardiovascular endurance as well as strengthening and toning muscles. HIIT Training keeps your heart rate up, increasing calorie burning and leaving you with a feeling of wellness that will last all week long.
