What we'll do
Pilates is an exercise system designed to strengthen the body, lengthen muscles and improve posture, with particular emphasis on core stability. Excellent for general body conditioning, sports specific performance enhancement, and ante & post natal exercising, Pilates can also help with specific medical conditions such as ME, fibromyalgia, arthritis, osteoporosis, MS, stroke, Parkinson’s disease and many others.
