The great thing about Kettlercise is it’s achievable and anyone can do it! This is an Express version of the class, a shorter session for those who've been busy all day and worried that they can't fit us in their schedule.
About this activity
Kettlebell training is growing in popularity because of the amazing results you get in a short space of time. It is a great fun workout, easy-to-follow and lasts only 50min. Some benefits include injury prevention, improved posture, increased bone density and endurance.
What we'll do
Kettlercise is fun and challenging. Each class incorporates 37 kettlebell exercises ranging from basic moves to more advanced techniques. It is THE single most effective fat burning workout designed to shape and sculpt your body for rapid fat loss & a lean toned body.
