Private class is for those who want to level up challenge their body and tone up in areas they didn't know they could, in an exhilarating work out. We will do the consultation first and tailor you the exact exercise program for your individual body structures.
What we'll do
We don’t need you sweating a lot, but we help you to reveal your toned muscle through improvement of alignment and increasing the muscle movement and definition. This is could be the beginning to a complete body transformation, as well as developing general durability and perseverance. Whether you're searching to look better or feel better, this is a confidence booster.
