Vinyasa Yoga Flow
Hosted by Murat Gecmen
Vinyasa Flow refers to the modern take on Hatha Yoga practice where postures are connected together in a short or longer flow. Students are encouraged to coordinate continuous movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next. It is often referred to as moving meditation. The breathing style name Ujjayi used in a class is a relaxed diaphragmatic style of breathing which resonates in the throat often compare to the sound of waves moving in and out of the shore.
Here, in MG Fitness, we also incorporate into the sequence static poses to strengthens your muscles through isometric muscle contraction, to improving your endurance, balance and to bring you long-lasting flexibility in both muscles and fascia.
We encourage you to take yoga classes provided by our studio as a post workout practice. It will tone and strengthens your body uniformly. Yoga will improve your balance, strength and overall flexibility, making you more capable of pursuing a weight loss regimen and help you to avoid a risk of muscle spasm or cramp during weight training & heavy lifting. It will relax the nervous system and also help to release stress in the muscles which contract during the training. Lastly but not the last it will facilitate oxygen flow to the strained muscles and helps in quicker recovery from pain.
