About this activity
Forrest Yoga, created by the inspirational Ana Forrest, is a strong yet deeply healing practice. The 60 minute class is for all levels and flows through an intelligent sequence of deep core work and energising standing poses, all designed to build strength, balance and flexibility.
What we'll do
Expect to be challenged both physically and mentally! With a great emphasis on deep breathing and core work, the practice conditions the body and releases stress and anxieties. The benefits are almost endless. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, keep yourself in optimum shape and performance, relieve stress, improve sleep, support a health issue or all of the above, you will find that with a regular practice you will experience positive changes on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level.
