There will be a day training course each month, usually on the first Saturday of each month. These events will provide introductory and advanced training with the various weapons and training system's used in Ice and Fire Stav. In Stav we have a training system for each weapon and unarmed skills using a combination of runic stances, an awareness of the lines of the web and two person drills which explore the five principles of Stav.
Please note that training with longer weapons will take place out of doors. In the event of rain or other inclement weather there will be training indoors which will focus on the tein, sax and CQC training.
The maximum number of students on each of these courses is six. Training will take place at a private address in Beverley in East Yorkshire. Training will run from 10am until 1pm, a light lunch will be provided and then training will resume for the afternoon at 2pm until 5pm. Full details will be provided on receipt of your booking
