Experience: I qualified as a personal trainer in 2006 and have since helped hundreds of people make their dreams of having a stronger, slimmer, healthier body come true.
I offer personal training in Battersea, Clapham, Tooting and Crystal Palace and I'll happily cover the areas in between.
I served in The British Army for 7 years and in that time I was awarded my All Arms Physical Training Instructor qualification, therefore my first experience of training people was undertaking the task of optimising the physical performance of trained soldiers.
All this might sound scary to some, but I assure you I focus on effective and enjoyable workouts which are tailored to your goals and needs.
I studied Applied Sports Science in University so the methods I use are backed by good solid research in that field.
I have access to private and commercial gyms in the local area which have more than enough equipment to make the goal of weight loss, muscle gain and strength gains effective and achievable.
If you prefer to train outdoors then with the use of Kettlebells, TRX (suspension trainer), power bags, and your own body weight, I can also design programmes and workouts which will also be effective to attain your fitness goals.
Training doesn't only encompass the physical aspect, if you train with me I will develop your mindset so that you push yourself beyond what you currently believe possible. Mindset is what sets the winners apart.
Your mindset determines everything. I want you to achieve your full potential, by eating the right things, hydrating adequately, sleeping well and exercising properly.
