Gymnastics is a sport involving the performance of exercises requiring strength, flexibility, balance and control. Competitive artistic gymnastics is the best known of the gymnastic events. Women's events are vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor exercise, while Men's events include floor exercise, pommel horse, still rings, vault, parallel bars, and the high bar. Other disciplines comprise rhythmic gymnastics, trampolining, tumbling, and aerobic gymnastics.
Why not rediscover the fun of bouncing on a trampoline, doing cartwheels or hanging from monkey bars? You could try acrobatic gymnastics where you learn spectacular balances and throws that can only be done in a team or, if dance is more your thing, try rhythmic gymnastics and learn graceful routines with hoops and ribbons.
