Softball and Rounders are types of baseball played on a smaller field. Fast-pitch softball is played between two teams on a large field, with nine players from the fielding team. Slow-pitch softball is played with ten fielders. Rounders is very similar to softball and, in both games, the bowler pitches underarm.
Softball and Rounders are fast paced, bat-and-ball games played outdoors or inside. They're both great fun, easy to learn and you only need a glove, bat and ball to get started. Easily organised, you can enjoy either of these games with friends in the park or at the beach - but why not form a competitive team or league? These are mixed team games with a real social buzz.
